This image i didnt like because he wasnt faceing the camera and i dont think the background is very interesting and the picture doesnt look very exiting.

This is the final image that i have chosen to put on my final front cover. i have chosen this image becuse it has a nice background and it has a shoulder shot and she is smiling. i think this would look pretty good on a front page because she looks friendly and nice:)

Final Contents Page

The is my final contents page magazine. I have decided to use blue white and pink again, so that it fits with my front page. These colours will stay throught the magazine. On my contents page i have decided to add pictures so that it will look intresting and people will want to read it. There will be diffrent boxes that say diffrent things and then the page that goes into detail will go after a brief explanation of what is in the magazine.

Final Font Cover

This is my final College Magazine. I have chosen this sort of presentation because i think it would attract attention to the pupils in the college. The whole layout is pretty simple. I have chosen the text to be itallic so that it stands out, also it is pink again so that it stands out and catches peoples eye. I have used blue to represent boys, pink to represent girls and white for both. I feel by doing this i have created a unisex magazine. I have put Free in the right had side of the magazine so that it catches peoples eye after they read the title. i have made the outline into a star so that it again catches attention. I have put SDC down the left side of the magazine so that it can represent the college. It will be on every fornt cover so that people can recognise it for the college magazine. Underneath the SDC there is a small amout of text of what is in the magazine. I have also put a little bit about the picture underneath it. I have made the subheading bold aswell. To get people to buy the magazine i have put a special trip to London so that people will want it because they want to go on the trip. At the bottom of the page there is a website for the college so that more information and pictures can be found. Overall i think that it could make a sucessfull college magzine!:)

Contents Page

This is my contence page for my college magazine. Again i have created a big bight coloured title with the same colours that i have for my front cover so that it can be recoginzed. There will be 6 diffrent boxes with that focues on diffrent things that are going on at the college eg sport, music, college news, pictures and the most recent college news at the bottom of the contence page. These diffrent boxes willa lso be brightly coloured and have key point of whats in the magazine, so that people will want to read the full story inside the magazine.

College Front Cover

This is my front cover for my college magazine. I choose to make the title big and bright coloured so that it will attract attention. I have made sure that the free sign is bold aswell so that pupils will recognise that it is aculy free. I have choosen the colours becuse pink to represent the girls, blue to represent the boys and gree for both. i have made quite a large subheading so that it will also grap peoples eyes. The picture will be of a girl looking strait ahead and she is the one who won college queen. The whole layout is pretty simple so that the it doesnt look too crammed with words and it lookes pretty simple to read.

Media Preliminary Task

To complete this task i will have to create a front cover for a magazine. I will use Adobe In design to edit my pictures. I will have to create a picture for the front cover, fonts, colour, and overall design that catches peoples eye. The front cover photo will have to consist of some looking directly into the camera teh shot wil be a meduim longshot, so that the persons shoulders are in teh picture. The person must look friendly so that it will attract others to buy the magazine. It will have to have a apropiate background to suit the college. :)
